You’ve Lost Your Job, Now What? – Amy Dinning, Talent Development Leader, will use a creative process to assist you in determining your strengths, weaknesses, passions, and motivators that you can use to determine what’s next for you in your career.
How to Find a Job Without Relying on a Resume – Jim Lauckner, Project Consultant at Hire One, Chester County Economic Development Council, will discuss a few ways to get out of the dark, empty hole of applicant tracking systems and employer portals by being “referred” into the company. Perhaps now more than ever - It’s who you know.

Maximizing LinkedIn – Ken Sher, Executive Coach at Sher Coaching, will teach you ways to get noticed and to move yourself to the first page of a recruiter’s search. LinkedIn is a key to both personal, professional success as well as team and business success. It’s a must-have and this talk will show you how to build the strongest profile you can to attract recruiters, hiring managers, and potential clients.
Are you Bobbing Along or Making a Wake: Managing Your Career During Turbulent Times – Theresa Hummel-Krallinger, President High Five Performance, will discuss a holistic look at lifelong career management from graduation to retirement. You'll learn how to keep yourself relevant, employable, connected, and aligned with purpose. Those who follow this methodology have employment insurance! You'll leave feeling energized and empowered!
Join us at 8:30 a.m. for registration and networking. The workshop will begin at 9 a.m. If you have networking cards, please bring them. Lunch and snacks will be provided. While we will have vegetarian options, if you have special food needs, please bring your own food. The workshop will end at 4 pm with time for networking afterwards.

Please bring a pen or pencil. You will receive handouts for all of the speaker talks that you can write notes on. Please bring networking cards if you have them so when you network with others you can give them your card and you can obtain their card to add to your contact list.
There is no dress code as you aren't meeting employers. However, it is always good to make a good impression on whoever you meet so I would dress appropriately. Present your best self and also be comfortable.
We will have snacks for breaks and sandwiches and sides for lunch. We will have vegetarian sandwiches available. If you have food allergies it would be best to bring your own food. Coffee, tea and water will also be provided.
